The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in collaboration with the Trade Promotion Department of the Italian Embassy in Korea is gearing up for the 'Italian Beauty Days in Korea 2026', scheduled for April 20-21 at High Street Italy in Garosugil, Seoul.

This prestigious B2B event marks its third iteration following a successful launch in 2024, driven by the substantial interest from South Korean buyers in Italian cosmetics.

This year, the event will host 16 prominent Italian brands, spanning various segments including skincare, personal care, professional hair, perfumes, and oils.

These brands aim to explore collaborative opportunities with South Korean enterprises through one-on-one business consultations encompassing buying agreements, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnerships, original design manufacturer (ODM) opportunities, exclusive distribution rights, and joint development initiatives.

Additionally, the event will spotlight cutting-edge beauty technologies, including AI-based skin analysis solutions, along with innovative Italian beauty products that embody both functionality and emotional appeal.

This is intended to cater to local importers, distributors, agencies, beauty shop operators, and hair salon stakeholders, offering fresh avenues for brand discovery and business expansion.

Ferdinando Guelli, Director of the Italian Trade Agency in Korea, expressed optimism regarding this initiative, stating, "Korean consumers continue to exhibit significant interest in Italian beauty products, and the potential for Italian companies to penetrate the Korean market is remarkably high.

We expect this event to further invigorate the exchange between the beauty industries of both nations. "

The 'Italian Beauty Days in Korea 2026' serves as a pivotal business platform for connecting Italian beauty brands with the South Korean market, poised to identify emerging global beauty brands and expand collaborative opportunities.

With unwavering interest and commitment from both sides, this event is anticipated to play a crucial role in advancing international trade relations within the beauty sector.
