The Korean Society of Cosmetic Science (KOSCOS), under the leadership of President Hwang Jae-sung, is set to host its 2026 Spring Conference on May 15 at the Grand Ballroom, Hall Halla, of the Seoul Dragon City, located in Yongsan.

This event will feature an inaugural morning keynote session followed by specialized afternoon sessions categorized across various areas of cosmetic science.

Notably, the conference will introduce a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) division, which will cover essential topics such as material innovation, formulation technology, efficacy evaluation, clinical trials, skin biology, natural product mechanisms, safety assessments, and alternative methodologies.

The poster presentations will take place in the lobby of Hall Halla, offering participants the opportunity to showcase their work.

A competitive aspect will be integrated through the evaluation of posters, where awards for the best presentations will be sponsored by Advanced Beauty Science.

Participants interested in submitting abstracts for both oral and poster presentations must do so by April 12, 2026.

Early registration will be available from April 23 to May 8, 2026, with on-site registration permissible only on May 15, 2026.

Detailed registration procedures, including abstract submission and payment, can be found on the official KOSCOS website (www.scsck.or.kr).

For further inquiries, participants are encouraged to contact the KOSCOS secretariat at 02-6713-1968 or via email at scsk1968@naver.com.

This conference's strategic focus on artificial intelligence represents a significant shift in cosmetic research and development, allowing buyers, investors, and supply chain stakeholders to explore innovative applications that could define future industry trends.
