Amorepacific has successfully concluded the first session of its socially responsible initiative, MEET YOUR BEAUTY ACADEMY (MYB-ACADEMY), which spanned approximately four months.

The program, grounded in the concept of 'authentic beauty,' aims to cultivate a generation of beauty and wellness creators who comprehend their own identities while also realizing social values.

This inaugural class comprised 24 selected participants, including international students from various nations such as France and Indonesia, thereby enhancing the campaign’s diversity and potential for global expansion.

Collaborating with the creator group Leferi, the program has strengthened its practical education by integrating content strategy and channel growth expertise, ultimately honing participants' planning and digital expansion skills.

The MYB-ACADEMY launched in January with an array of workshops covering topics such as Positive Beauty, branding for short-form and YouTube channels, immersive brand experiences, social contribution activities, and content missions.

Participants engaged with brands like Esprique Yeonnam and Amore Seongsu, where they not only experienced product philosophies but also undertook practical training in content creation.

Notably, content missions involved various formats including reels and vlogs, allowing participants to follow a systematic growth path as creators.

Throughout the first session, a variety of outcomes were produced, including both short-form and long-form content.

Participants demonstrated significant growth in planning capabilities, expressive skills, and overall channel branding proficiency.

Outstanding content was showcased during a closing review session, where insights and production know-how were shared alongside mentoring from creator Min-So.
