Euodia has entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the premium Japanese aesthetic brand Jibun de Esute, marking a pivotal step towards creating a unified medical-beauty collaboration model between Korea and Japan.

This agreement was formalized on April 14 at Jibun de Esute's headquarters in Tokyo.

As a key player in the Korean beauty distribution landscape, Euodia specializes in brand sourcing, distribution, clinic linkage, and private brand (PB) development.

Jibun de Esute, recognized for its extensive premium aesthetic clinic network in Japan, offers a distinctive customer experience grounded in systematic long-term care programs.

Through this collaboration, both companies plan to create an innovative customer experience model that seamlessly connects clinical treatments in Korea with post-treatment care services available in Japan.

Notably, they will jointly develop an 'End-to-End' management system designed for Japanese clients who receive treatments in Korea and require ongoing care through Jibun de Esute upon returning home.

In addition, the two firms will leverage their existing customer bases to facilitate not only the influx of Japanese clients to Korean clinics but also the continued management of those who visit Korean facilities, thus establishing a bi-directional customer flow within a comprehensive operational model.

This strategy is aimed at fostering a virtuous cycle that enhances new customer acquisition while encouraging existing clients' return visits and long-term management solutions.

Euodia plans to collaborate with top clinics in Korea to devise and connect treatment programs, while Jibun de Esute will utilize its offline store network in Japan to offer post-treatment services.

The initial phase will pilot a program based at its Ginza location in Tokyo, with plans for sequential expansion to all Jibun de Esute outlets.

The medical tourism market has grown based on various intermediary structures, yet there is an increasing demand for new approaches to long-term care and consistent customer experiences.

This partnership is set to respond to those needs through an inter-institutional cooperation structure, bolstering customer trust and establishing a new model for sustained management and repeat visits.

Euodia highlighted that this agreement signifies a transformative step beyond mere patient influx by building a comprehensive management model that connects every stage of the treatment process.

They assert that they will set a new standard as a medical-beauty platform connecting Korea and Japan.

Jibun de Esute also expressed optimism about this collaboration, stating, "By creating an environment where clients can receive stable post-treatment care in Japan, we expect to significantly enhance customer satisfaction.

We will continue to expand our customer-centric services moving forward. "

The two firms intend to continuously broaden their partnership scope by expanding participating clinics, enhancing program capabilities, and jointly developing private brand (PB) products.
