This announcement was made on April 24, 2023, following the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) at COSMAX's headquarters in Seongnam, South Korea, on April 22.

HEALTH, established by a team of researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and based in Boston, operates a platform that delivers personalized health insights by analyzing physiological signals and activity data collected from wearable devices.
Both companies intend to merge EON. HEALTH’s advanced data analytics capabilities with COSMAX’s extensive expertise in cosmetics manufacturing.
The platform will enable real-time analysis of user-uploaded skin photos combined with health data from wearables.
By assessing the user's current skin and health condition, the system will identify necessary active ingredients, culminating in highly personalized product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
Particularly, COSMAX plans to leverage the vast consumer data amassed from over 5,000 global clients to enhance the accuracy of its recommendations.
This data-driven approach underscores a significant shift towards hyper-personalization in beauty solutions, taking into account unique lifestyle and health parameters.
