BetterLab Co., led by CEO Ok Ji-yoon, announced on the 27th the official launch of its longevity beauty brand ONEOHOH, debuting at the Seoul International Cosmetic Beauty Industry Fair (COSMO BEAUTY 2026). The brand unveiled its new product, the ‘Jacho ODQ Sleeping Pack,’ designed specifically for post-treatment care.
The ‘Jacho ODQ Sleeping Pack’ is a moisturizing gel-type sleeping mask aimed at soothing skin that has become sensitive following cosmetic procedures. Infused with Jacho (Lithospermum erythrorhizon) and an ODQ complex, it is intended to facilitate hydration, calming, and barrier reinforcement, reflecting a growing demand for post-procedure home-care solutions in the beauty industry.
Jacho, an ingredient rooted in traditional Korean skincare culture, features Shikonin — the core compound responsible for the plant's distinctive purple hue — and is gaining traction for its skin-soothing and conditioning properties. By intertwining the values of traditional skincare with modern dermatological sciences, ONEOHOH aims to reinterpret these ingredients into contemporary formulations that resonate with today’s consumer expectations.
The inclusion of the ‘ODQ Complex,’ which combines Omega-3, Vitamin D, and Curcumin, emphasizes the brand’s innovation. Despite challenges with stability in cosmetics, these ingredients are delivered effectively through the liposome delivery system and sustained-release technology developed by Korean Kolmar, ensuring consistent nutrient absorption over approximately eight hours. This gradual action is crucial as it minimizes abrupt skin irritation.
Targeting both nighttime and daytime use, the ‘Jacho ODQ Sleeping Pack’ serves as a moisturizing gel, cooling pack, and hydrating primer, enhancing its practical application. This versatility allows consumers to apply it frequently when experiencing dryness or heat, reinforcing its multi-functional appeal and practical integration into daily skincare routines.
ONEOHOH positions this product as part of its ‘After Fit Care’ concept, strategically aiming to penetrate the daily home-care market for consumers with sensitized skin post-procedure. With an emphasis on everyday moisture and calming routines after laser treatments, peels, or lifting procedures, the brand plans to expand distribution through specialized channels such as dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and pharmacies, aligning with the increasing consumer demand for daily aftercare solutions.
CEO Ok Ji-yoon stated, “ONEOHOH is a longevity beauty brand based on Korean traditional ingredients and modern skin science. With the launch of the ‘Jacho ODQ Sleeping Pack,’ we intend to expand our presence in the post-treatment daily aftercare market while continuously enhancing our multi-homecare product lineup that offers utility and functionality.” This commitment underscores the brand’s focus on developing products that meet evolving consumer needs within a competitive landscape.
