Samyang Group announced on May 18th that it will recruit the 10th generation of its university student supporters program, 'Samyang Seeds,' until June 9th. This program, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has been integral in connecting the group with prospective future leaders, allowing students to immerse themselves in the company's diverse business sectors and to develop content from a youthful perspective.

The initiative not only provides students with substantial growth opportunities but also expands the touchpoints for engagement with future generations. This real-world content creation experience is designed to generate brand loyalty among younger consumers, essential for maintaining long-term relevance in the competitive beauty market.

Eligibility for the program is open to students currently enrolled or on leave from domestic universities. Applicants are expected to possess a genuine interest in understanding Samyang Group’s primary operations and promoting the brand through innovative content. This approach to talent cultivation signals a commitment to aligning brand strategy with evolving consumer expectations.

Interested candidates can apply through the Samyang Group's official Instagram profile link. Candidates who pass the document screening will be announced on June 16th, followed by interviews on June 19th, leading to the selection of 36 final participants, revealed on June 23rd. This structured timeline enhances transparency and engagement within the candidate community.

Selected supporters will receive numerous benefits, including monthly individual and team activity funding, workshops led by industry professionals, and hands-on training in AI content production. Such support aligns with contemporary trends in experiential learning and digital content creation, crucial for fostering brand advocacy.

Additionally, students completing the program will receive a scholarship of 300,000 KRW, while the top-performing teams and supporters will be awarded 2,000,000 KRW and 500,000 KRW, respectively. This incentives structure not only rewards high achievers but also strengthens peer motivation and enhances overall participant investment in the program.

Lee Soo-beom, Head of Human Resources at Samyang Holdings, stated, “Samyang Seeds embodies the hope that seeds of potential can grow into large trees through diverse experiences.” As the program undergoes revisions for its anniversary, including extended activity periods, Samyang Group is committed to nurturing the potential of future talents, a strategic move that positions the brand favorably within the context of ongoing market evolution.
