MAILY STYLE THE OFF STORE announced on the 10th that it will soft open in April and officially launch in May in Hanoi, Vietnam. This live commerce and offline retail hybrid is set to redefine consumer engagement in the K-beauty industry by leveraging a robust influencer network with over six million followers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

This ambitious 200 billion won investment situates the store in Kham Thien, a bustling area known for its proximity to major tourist attractions and residential centers, generating an average foot traffic of six million each month. Such prime positioning is likely to enhance visibility and brand awareness for the outlet as well as its partner brands.

The store design, conceptualized by Naïve Practice director Il-Hwan Kim and Dat Dinh Tat of 324Praxis Architects, integrates local context into an experience-centric layout. This architectural positioning not only highlights K-beauty but also aligns with modern shoppers' expectations for immersive retail experiences that encourage long-term customer relationships.

Strategically, the integration of online and offline marketing ecosystems allows participating brands to benefit from live-shopping promotions conducted through MAILY's influencer channels. This fosters direct purchasing conversions, optimizing brand visibility and sales potential. The inclusion of regular events featuring local influencers will amplify brand messaging and expand consumer reach, highlighting a robust strategy for retention and customer loyalty.

The store's operational model includes a fulfillment system designed to ease logistics for partner brands. Products sent to a designated domestic warehouse will be managed by the store, covering export customs, local delivery, inventory management, and customer service. This low-supply-chain-cost structure enables flexibility in market entry and aids brands in maintaining competitive pricing amidst local market pressures.

Going forward, MAILY STYLE plans an extensive rollout with 20 additional locations across Vietnam within five years, starting with 5 in Ho Chi Minh City and 2 in Da Nang by 2027. This rapid expansion underscores a commitment to establishing a strong network that facilitates an O2O commerce experience, wherein offline engagements seamlessly convert into online sales, strengthening customer lifetime value.

This initiative signals a significant shift in the K-beauty landscape, promoting an experience-driven engagement model that might redefine beauty retail in the region. With a clear roadmap for expansion and increasing technological integration, this hybrid platform sets a precedent for future beauty industry developments.
