Teaference, a premium beauty tea brand integrating holistic wellness, announced the successful conclusion of its participation in the 2026 Seoul Coffee Expo, held from the 15th to the 18th at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. This event served as a strategic touchpoint for the brand to enhance customer experiences and foster direct engagement.

Positioned as a blend of 'Tea' and 'Difference,' Teaference aims to redefine premium tea experiences. During the expo, the brand's offering included the 'Purple Tea' and the newly introduced 'Banjok Tea,' highlighting its commitment to health-centric values. Particularly noteworthy was the 'Purple Tea Bar' concept, which featured a tea pairing program called 'Tea Makase,' designed to expand customer interactions and deepen brand connection.

The booth showcased six signature Purple Tea variants—Signature, Oat Pumpkin, Mint, ABC, Berry, and Yuzu—alongside two award-winning products, including the 'Hyaluron Kombucha,' recognized at the 2025 Olive Young Awards. The feature of ‘Banjok Tea’ marked the brand's strategic entry into the swelling market for puffiness care, spurred by consumer demand for wellness solutions.

'Banjok Tea' utilizes an exclusive Purple recipe based on bilberry and incorporates pumpkin tea and light honey green tea, emphasizing both effectiveness and appealing taste. Set for release in May, this product aims to capitalize on the growing inner beauty segment and establish a proactive foothold in the puffiness care market.

According to a spokesperson from Teaference, the 'Tea Makase' program facilitated dynamic interactions with customers, leveraging real-time feedback to energize the launch of 'Banjok Tea.' This approach not only enhances customer loyalty but also reflects the brand's objective to lead a premium tea culture underscored by health benefits.

Furthermore, Teaference is expanding its offline distribution channels, recently opening its second wellness-focused 'Olive Better' store in Gangnam, following its first in Gwanghwamun. This physical presence is aimed at solidifying its position within the premium tea sector and driving higher engagement through tailored customer experiences.

The strategic initiatives led by Teaference at the expo do not just articulate a product innovation story but also signal a broader industry shift towards experiential retail and health-oriented consumer propositions. This premise is likely to reshape competitive landscapes as brands increasingly pivot to community-driven engagement within the beauty and wellness sectors.
