Skin1004 Accelerates Market Penetration in South America with Major Offline Events
Skin1004, a skincare brand from Crayver Corporation, announced on the 6th that it has successfully concluded large-scale offline events in Argentina and Chile. These events aimed to bolster brand credibility in the South American market while establishing a robust distribution structure. The initiative reflects Skin1004's strategy to respond proactively to the burgeoning K-beauty demand in the region and enhance competitive viability through collaborations with key distribution partners.
The event on the 27th of last month in Buenos Aires celebrated the official launch of its new skincare line, "Centella Teca." This exclusive event drew over 130 attendees, including representatives from local K-beauty distributors such as Skinko, as well as major retail companies like Pigmento and Farmalife. The discussions among attendees revealed a keen interest in strategizing responses to the rapidly expanding K-beauty market, thereby reinforcing partnerships.
During this occasion, Skin1004 not only announced its new line but also focused on B2B networking aimed at identifying new distribution channels and building collaborative relationships. The brand conducted pitching sessions directed at non-partner retailers and awarded key partners, promoting deeper engagement and future collaborations. Additionally, experiential events were introduced to maximize brand interaction, including product experience zones and consultations tailored to various skin types.
Following this, in Santiago, Chile, Skin1004 hosted a two-day offline event on the 29th and 30th, prominently featuring its "Lab in Nature" line. This event was co-hosted by the prominent local K-beauty distributor Sokobox and the pharmacy chain Salcobrand. This collaboration led to extensive promotions aimed at strengthening local consumer touchpoints.
Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed various experiential promotions, including discounts, product trials, lucky draws, and campaigns encouraging social media engagement. Expert consultation booths offered real-time skin assessments and product recommendations, elevating the consumer experience. Moreover, partnerships with local influencers and beauty creators facilitated live broadcasts and content development, maximizing online brand visibility during and after the event.
In a statement, Kwak In-seung, CBO of Crayver and brand head of Skin1004, noted that “South America is one of the emerging markets for K-beauty and has shown rapid growth recently.” He emphasized the ongoing commitment to strengthen local distribution networks and establish a long-term growth foundation through close collaboration with key partners.
