ISOI Launches in US CJ Olive Young Stores, Enhances North American Strategy
ISOI announced on the 10th that it will enter the US market by launching simultaneously in CJ Olive Young's first two locations, marking a significant escalation of its North American clean beauty strategy. This expansion comes as CJ Olive Young opens its first store in Pasadena, California, and prepares to unveil a second location at Westfield in Los Angeles on June 12.
With these new store openings, ISOI aims to actively showcase its brand philosophy centered on ingredient transparency and product competitiveness to local consumers. This strategic entry aligns with the brand's celebration of its tenth anniversary in the US organic market, particularly leveraging its synergy with Whole Foods, the largest organic market in the country, to amplify its influence in North America.
ISOI plans to present 14 types of products, including its best-sellers such as the ISOI Brightening Serum and the ISOI Moisture Doctor Cream, at the first US Olive Young location. This diversified product portfolio underscores the brand's commitment to catering to various consumer preferences and needs in the clean beauty segment.
All featured products have successfully passed skin irritation tests conducted by Germany's Dermatest, reinforcing ISOI's reputation as a K-clean beauty brand that prioritizes gentle yet effective formulations suitable for sensitive skin. This positioning not only differentiates ISOI within the competitive landscape but also promises to build strong customer trust.
Jeon Ju-young, Team Leader of ISOI, stated that this entry into the US Olive Young stores symbolizes the global recognition of their brand's trusted product efficacy and competitiveness. This move is expected to significantly enhance ISOI's brand awareness in the North American market, enabling quicker dissemination of its ingredient effectiveness to consumers.
The successful entrance into these strategic locations reinforces ISOI's business model by shifting towards a community-engagement framework, where customer interactions are facilitated through physical retail spaces. This approach not only maximizes customer lifetime value through enhanced engagement but also supports repeat purchase mechanics by fostering brand loyalty in this new territory.
Ultimately, ISOI's expansion into the US market represents a significant industry signal, suggesting a shift toward holistic consumer experiences in beauty retail, where wellness and transparency are increasingly prioritized.
