The Korean Cosmetics Research Institute (KCRI), led by Director Cho Sin-haeng, announced on the 19th that it will hold a second recruitment phase for companies interested in its digital marketing support initiative specifically designed for online distribution platforms for the fiscal year 2026.

This initiative is part of KCRI's new support programs and aims to assist cosmetics companies in creating specialized digital content tailored to their targeted export markets. It allows firms to select desired countries and types of content for marketing through overseas online channels, including the United States, the Middle East, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia.

The content produced will be utilized by participant companies on their e-commerce platforms and social media channels to promote products and drive sales, thereby enhancing their global market presence.

The comprehensive support program will run from July to November, with newly recruited companies receiving personalized consulting focused on digital marketing content creation and strategic utilization. Companies selected as beneficiaries in June will undergo preliminary consultations on market preferences, channel selection, and content formats to inform their marketing strategies.

The support encompasses the development of marketing concepts and key messages for various channels, as well as the planning, production, and proposal for effective content use through November.

As of June 19, applications are open to small beauty enterprises, extending beyond cosmetics to include beauty devices. To qualify, cosmetics firms must prove registration in the cosmetics manufacturing or responsible sales sectors, while beauty device manufacturers need to present business registration in relevant categories and possess domestic KC certifications for their products.

Further details regarding this digital marketing support initiative can be found on KCRI's Allcos platform, under the integrated support management system for the cosmetics industry. Interested parties can select the appropriate support program for application.
