The Korean Make-Up Professionals Job Exchange Association (hereafter referred to as the Korean Make-Up Association), led by President Ahn Mi-ryeo, announced on June 2, 2026, that it has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with E-Tube Bio, represented by CEO Cho Tae-yoon, to promote the advancement and mutual cooperation of the domestic and international beauty and aesthetic industries.

This signing ceremony, held at 11 a.m. at the Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Building in Seoul, was aimed at formalizing collaborative business operations based on mutual respect and trust. The agreement underlines the intention to enhance high-level business exchanges and joint endeavors to elevate the overall standards of the beauty industry.

A critical aspect of this agreement focuses on international human instructor infrastructure exchange and entrepreneurial collaboration via Employment Internship Resources (EIR). The two organizations have committed to actively sharing overseas infrastructure to target the global beauty market, while the Korean Make-Up Association will develop essential professional certifications for the beauty industry. Future employment and entrepreneurial opportunities through EIR will be available exclusively to experts who obtain these relevant certifications, thereby establishing a robust and systematic model for job creation in the beauty sector.

Through this partnership, both parties will actively cooperate in several areas: business development in key beauty sectors including makeup, hair, skin, and nails; management of joint initiatives to strengthen the beauty professional network; research and development projects aimed at enhancing profitability in the beauty industry; internationalization through technical seminars, skill competitions, and certification acquisition; training and international exchange of beauty industry talents; as well as job referral and employment promotion projects.

This will facilitate the optimization of the capabilities of professional personnel within the beauty industry and lay the groundwork for playing a leading role in an increasingly diversified global beauty market. Ahn Mi-ryeo, President of the Korean Make-Up Association, expressed optimism that the MOU would generate significant synergy in developing multifaceted revenue models for the beauty industry and nurturing outstanding talents to lead the global beauty sector. Cho Tae-yoon, CEO of E-Tube Bio, also conveyed his satisfaction in collaborating with the Korean Make-Up Association as a center of K-Beauty, emphasizing a strong commitment to achieving productive outcomes through practical technical exchanges and employment promotion initiatives.
