CJ Olive Young announced on the 9th that it is diversifying benefits for its Olive Members program. This strategic initiative aims to enhance customer loyalty through experiential offerings, which are expected to drive higher engagement rates among different membership tiers.

The company is currently recruiting participants for its Olive Class in collaboration with the skincare brand Clinique, with applications open until the 14th. Set for the 25th, this class will focus on summer skin concerns and will take place at the Olive Member Lounge within the Gangnam Central Town. Participants will receive skin assessments from a dermatologist and have the opportunity to test Clinique's flagship products, effectively increasing product sampling and brand interaction.

Olive Classes represent an innovative approach to customer retention, melding wellness experiences with brand education. These small-scale experiential programs not only involve premium in-house brands but also include various external partners. Gold and Black-tier Olive Members can register monthly via the mobile app, reinforcing the use of digital channels for customer engagement. Upcoming classes will feature personal color makeup techniques and wellness workshops like creating aromatherapy roll-ons, each of which will be updated on the 1st of every month.

Moreover, CJ Olive Young is bolstering its membership benefits with exclusive partnerships. Until July, all-tier members can avail of limited promotional discount coupon packs for the online learning platform, Tal-ing, on the member event page before 10 AM daily. Exclusive offline classes on subjects like makeup and self-massage will also be available for Gold and Black Olive Members, enhancing their engagement through targeted educational content.

Additionally, points redeemable on the content platform Ridibooks will be made available on the 11th and 21st. Pink and Baby Olive Members will receive 1,000 points, while Gold, Black, and Green Olive Members will be awarded 2,000 points. On the same dates, maximum discount coupons of 20,000 KRW for household service platform Cheongyeon will also be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, reinforcing the value of membership.

A representative from CJ Olive Young stated that the brand will continue to expand differentiated experiential content and Olive Member benefits, focusing on both offline and online accessibility to cater to consumers outside the capital region. This highlights the company's commitment to adapting its strategy in response to evolving consumer needs.
