IMINE, a leading ODM cosmetics company, announced its strategic shift towards becoming a major player in the global skincare ODM sector as it celebrates its 20th anniversary on July 25. The company unveiled its vision for the future, titled 'Next 20 Years,' which focuses on connecting people and technology to design a new future in global skincare ODM.

Part of this vision includes a significant expansion of production capacity, aiming to double its output. IMINE plans to accelerate its market penetration into the United States, Europe, and Japan, aspiring to establish itself as a true leader in the skincare ODM market over the next two decades. A new factory, currently under construction, is set to be completed by 2027, which will double the number of production lines from over 40 to around 90. Additionally, the base skincare production line is projected to increase by seven times, raising annual production capacity (CAPA) from approximately 250 million units to 500 million.

To support its aggressive international growth, IMINE collaborates with over 240 clients across 100 countries, including several global luxury brands. This strategy is underpinned by impressive revenue growth over the last five years, with sales reaching 67.4 billion won in 2022, progressing to 86.3 billion won in 2023, and projecting sales of 121.7 billion won in 2024—marking the first time the company expects to exceed 100 billion won in annual sales. Preliminary reports indicate 40.9 billion won in the first quarter of 2026, continuing its record-setting trend.

Founded in 2006, IMINE is recognized as a first-generation ODM company specializing in sheet masks and has been pivotal in establishing the domestic market for mask pack ODM services. As K-beauty has grown, it has expanded its operations to include hydrogel and basic skincare products.

In 2018, IMINE, backed by an investment from IMM Investment, began a comprehensive management innovation process. Current joint leadership by Chairman Kim Joo-won and CEO Park Jeong-wan allows the company to balance technological development with management and marketing strategies. This dual leadership model has been critical in stabilizing operational improvements and building a solid growth foundation.

IMINE operates five dedicated research divisions and holds 24 patents and over 150 design registrations, alongside more than 5,000 proprietary formulations. By diversifying its product portfolio to include hydrogel, skin pads, sun care, and basic skincare, IMINE provides tailored ODM solutions. Notably, its patented technologies and know-how allow for production efficiency, achieving a stable production yield of over 50% while establishing the widest lineup of hydrogel products in the domestic market.

Sustainability is also a key component of IMINE's future growth strategy. The company operates an eco-friendly management system in compliance with ISO 14001 across all operations, working towards carbon reduction and resource recycling. IMINE has earned the Bronze Medal from EcoVadis, a global sustainability evaluation organization, and received recognition from various government entities at the 2026 Korea Small Business Convention for its technological prowess and sustainable management capabilities.

A representative from IMINE stated, 'The 20th anniversary is not just a time for reflection but a new starting point for preparing for the next 20 years. We plan to enhance our production capabilities around the new factory and continuously strengthen our R&D and quality competitiveness to become a trusted skincare ODM company in the global market.'
