Amorepacific Holdings Signs Strategic Investment Agreement with Higher Corporation

Amorepacific Holdings has entered into a strategic investment agreement with Higher Corporation, a company specializing in aesthetic medical devices, to reinforce their cooperation in the beauty and medical sectors. This partnership aims to facilitate the development of next-generation beauty and medical solutions that bridge specialized treatments with everyday skincare.

The two companies will collaborate on various aspects of product planning, research and development, distribution, and marketing by leveraging Higher Corporation’s expertise in the development of aesthetic medical devices along with its research network of medical professionals and global key opinion leaders (KOLs), as well as Amorepacific’s skin science research and skincare technology capabilities. Under this agreement, Amorepacific Holdings will make a strategic investment in Higher Corporation to strengthen their long-term collaborative relationship.

This agreement paves the way for both companies to develop and commercialize skin-related products, including skin boosters, cosmeceuticals, and medical devices, as well as after-care products for post-treatment and cooperative distribution to clinics and hospitals. Notably, the collaboration will combine Higher Corporation’s network of medical professionals and expertise in the aesthetic market with Amorepacific’s skin research capabilities and brand assets to create integrated solutions that connect specialized treatments and daily skincare.
