Aekyung Industrial Hosts 'Safety Together' Event for Joint Safety Checks

Global total beauty company Aekyung Industrial announced the hosting of a joint safety inspection event, 'Safety Together,' at its Cheongyang factory in Chungcheongnam-do on the 30th.

This event was organized to identify potential hazards in the workplace while promoting safety culture. It aims to establish a work environment that prioritizes safety as a core value and to solidify the joint commitment to achieving an accident-free workplace.

Starting with a declaration ceremony for an accident-free workplace, participants collectively expressed their commitment to adhering to safety protocols and fostering an autonomous safety culture.

Following this, a joint safety inspection between labor and management will be conducted in the third quarter of 2026, focusing on key production facilities and work environments. Attendees were involved in identifying potential hazards at the site and discussing improvement measures, contributing to practical initiatives for accident prevention and the establishment of a safe working environment.

In an effort to enhance interest and participation in safety, Aekyung operates a 'Safety Together' coffee cart, creating opportunities for staff to discuss the importance of safety in a casual setting.

The head of Aekyung Industrial's production division, Park Hong-Yeol, stated, 'Safety is an unparalleled priority, and we are establishing an autonomous safety culture through collaborative safety activities between labor and management. We will continue to identify and improve potential hazards to promote a workplace where all employees can work safely.'
