2026 FACE of KOREA Highlights Senior Model Competition

The 2026 Asia Model Festival, featuring the ‘FACE of KOREA & BEAUTY FESTA,’ included a notable competition for senior models on the second day, held on the 25th at the High1 Resort Convention Center in Jeongseon, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province.

This event was co-hosted by the Asia Model Festival Organizing Committee, the Korea International Cultural Exchange Foundation, and the Korea Makeup Artist Professional Exchange Association, aimed at providing modeling opportunities across diverse age groups and expanding the modeling culture.

During the opening remarks, President An Mi-ryeo emphasized that “models are defined by confidence and passion rather than age,” encouraging all participants to express the beauty of their lives on stage. She reiterated the commitment to fostering a model culture that promotes growth across generations.

Participants in the senior category showcased their unique personalities and life experiences through their walking styles, poses, and stage manners, receiving enthusiastic applause from the audience. They demonstrated their potential as senior models while expressing their own charms on stage.

Following the competition, an award ceremony for the Senior Winner was held, where President An honored the winners, celebrating their passion and challenges, and offered support for their future endeavors. The senior segment was praised for showcasing the participants' enthusiasm in pursuing their modeling dreams, transcending generational and age barriers, reaffirming the significance of a modeling culture with diverse age representation.

The 2026 Asia Model Festival, culminating with the beauty festa, fashion show, and integrated awards ceremony, concluded its three-day schedule.
