Cynosure Lutronic Unveils New XERF i05 and i10 Handpieces for Precision RF Treatments

Cynosure Lutronic, a global medical aesthetics company based in the United States, has announced the launch of its new handpiece tips, XERF i05 and i10, for its dual monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device, SERF. This introduction expands the offerings for precise, customized RF treatments.

The newly released SERF handpiece tips, i05 and i10, feature sizes of 50㎟ and 100㎟, respectively, and are designed to enhance delicate energy delivery. The compact i05 effectively covers thin and sensitive areas, while the i10 is tailored for delivering energy to narrow and contoured regions.

A notable advancement is the reduction in size of these tips by up to one twelfth compared to the previous SERF E60, all while maintaining equivalent RF energy output. This allows for a more refined approach to treatment site planning, enabling personalized full-face treatments when used alongside larger tips.

Both i05 and i10 tips continue to employ SERF's patented 'Spider Pattern' technology, ensuring uniform energy distribution over the contact surface. This innovation provides stable output and enhanced treatment safety even with smaller areas.

With the expansion of the SERF tip lineup, providers can now address both large and intricate areas in a single treatment. Medical professionals can combine various tip sizes tailored to individual patient conditions and treatment sites, facilitating more specialized treatment protocols.

Currently, SERF has secured export channels to 18 countries worldwide, including markets across the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, as well as North America. Recently, the product line obtained CE MDR certification for entry into the European market.
