BASF’s Plantapon® Amino ASP Wins 2026 Ringier Technology Innovation Award

BASF has announced that its amino acid-based next-generation surfactant, Plantapon® Amino ASP, has received the 2026 Ringier Technology Innovation Award in the Functional Chemicals – Surfactants category.

The Ringier Technology Innovation Award is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the Chinese industrial sector, presented to technologies and solutions that drive industry development and provide new value to customers and consumers. The award ceremony was held in Shanghai, China, attended by industry leaders, experts, and innovators. This accolade acknowledges BASF's ongoing commitment to developing innovative solutions for the personal care industry based on scientific expertise.
