Euodia Forms Strategic MOU with Jibun de Esute to Connect Korea and Japan's Medical Beauty Markets
Euodia announced on the 14th that it has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Japanese premium aesthetic brand Jibun de Esute, focused on developing a collaborative medical and beauty model linking Korea and Japan. This alliance, formalized at Jibun de Esute's headquarters in Tokyo, marks a pivotal step in synergy within the medical beauty ecosystem.
Positioned as a distributor linking Korean beauty networks with global markets, Euodia's business strategy encompasses brand sourcing, distribution, clinical linkages, and private brand development. Jibun de Esute stands as a prominent player in Japan's premium aesthetic sector, providing a differentiated customer experience through systematic long-term care programs. This collaboration underscores the companies' commitment to optimized client engagement, particularly enhancing service continuity post-treatment.
Through this strategic partnership, Euodia and Jibun de Esute aim to create a cohesive customer experience model that integrates Korean clinical services with aftercare in Japan. A key component of this initiative will be the development of an 'End-to-End' management system, allowing Japanese customers to access ongoing care services via Jibun de Esute after receiving treatments in Korea. This fosters a streamlined customer journey and potentially enhances lifetime value through sustained engagement.
Additionally, the partnership plans to leverage their existing customer bases to stimulate inflows of Japanese clients into Korean clinics. Simultaneously, Japanese clients who have received treatments in Korea will benefit from ongoing management through Jibun de Esute, creating a bi-directional flow of customers. The strategy aims to form a virtuous cycle by promoting new customer acquisition while encouraging return visits and long-term care.
Euodia intends to devise and link treatment programs in collaboration with major clinics in Korea, while Jibun de Esute will utilize its offline stores in Japan to provide aftercare services. The pilot phase of this initiative will launch at the Ginza branch in Tokyo, with plans to gradually expand the management infrastructure to all Jibun de Esute locations in the future.
As the medical tourism market expands with varied intermediation structures, there is increasing demand for new approaches that ensure long-term care and consistent customer experiences. This collaboration between the two companies is expected to rise to this challenge, enhancing customer trust and encouraging repeat visits through a structure founded on inter-organizational cooperation.
Euodia expressed that this agreement transcends mere patient referrals, highlighting the significance of constructing an integrated management model that connects all stages of treatment. It aims to establish a new standard as a medical and beauty platform linking Korea and Japan. Jibun de Esute also conveyed optimism about creating an environment that allows for stable management for clients after Korean treatments, thereby significantly increasing customer satisfaction.
Both companies plan to extend the scope of their cooperation by further broadening the range of participating clinics, advancing program sophistication, and jointly developing private brand (PB) products in the future.
