UNOVE Recognized as Top Hair Care Brand in Consumer Loyalty Index 2026
UNOVE announced on the 10th that it has been awarded the top rank in the damaged hair care category at the 2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards hosted by the Korean Consumer Forum. This recognition, based on the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) model developed jointly with BrandKeys, signifies a major endorsement of UNOVE’s competitive strength in the K-hair care market.
This year's evaluation involved over 380,000 consumers participating in approximately 1.96 million assessments across five criteria including brand trust, attachment, repurchase intention, recommendation intent, and switching intention. The comprehensive consumer evaluations led to UNOVE being celebrated as the leading brand for customer loyalty in the damaged hair care segment, reinforcing the brand’s market leader position.
UNOVE achieved exceptional ratings across all metrics, particularly excelling in recommendation and switching intention, illustrating a strong correlation between product satisfaction and consumer trust. This outcome not only enhances brand reputation but also reflects robust consumer loyalty behaviors, which are critical for retention and revenue growth.
The success is attributed to UNOVE's flagship products—the Deep Damage Repair Hair Mask and Silk Hair Oil. These products have secured a high preference and strong repurchase intent among millennial consumers, forming a solid loyalty base critical for sustaining revenue in a competitive market.
This accolade comes at a time when K-beauty continues to amplify its influence in global markets. UNOVE's established trust among Korean consumers positions it favorably as the brand expands its reach internationally, leveraging local credibility to engage foreign consumers and pursue a growth trajectory.
A representative from UNOVE expressed that the award is particularly meaningful as it stems from direct consumer participation in the voting process. The company is committed to maintaining authenticity and delivering differentiated product quality, aiming to deepen connections with existing customers while reaching out to new consumers.
This recognition acts as a significant signal for the beauty industry, highlighting the increasing importance of consumer engagement and loyalty metrics as K-beauty brands seek to enhance their global footprint.
