Espoir Expands ‘Blur Wear Blush’ Line with Brew-Inspired Shades

Espoir, a professional makeup brand, has expanded its ‘Blur Wear Blush’ collection, introduced in February, by adding four new F/W seasonal colors, bringing the total to ten shades in its all-tone lineup.

The ‘Blur Wear Blush’ is designed as a 'second base' rather than just a color additive, emphasizing skin expression quality. Since its launch, the product has received positive feedback for its powder formulation that smooths pores and its non-powdery feel. The new seasonal shades add depth, complementing the existing six centered on light, bright, and muted colors.

The new four shades are described as ‘Brewing Shades,’ evoking the deep, vintage color tones reminiscent of well-brewed tea and coffee. They are composed of deep and muted colors that minimize fluorescent qualities and saturation. The shade ‘#7 Apple Cinnamon’ is a deep red-brown, resembling stewed apple slices, while ‘#8 Woody Chai’ offers a vintage orange-brown. ‘#9 Merlot Mauve’ features a cool, deep mauve that penetrates lightly, and ‘#10 Sandy Rose’ presents a neutral pink beige that blends effortlessly with any color as a base shade.

The colors are suggested for standalone use or layering combinations. For wider areas, a base color can be laid down with a point color layered over it. Recommended combinations include: for warm tones, ‘#2 Cortado + #8 Woody Chai’; for neutral tones, ‘#10 Sandy Rose + #7 Apple Cinnamon’; and for cool tones, ‘#10 Sandy Rose + #9 Merlot Mauve’. Notably, the product allows colors to layer without becoming bulky, resulting in a vibrant stack.

The formulation utilizes Amorepacific’s patented ribbon powder technology, effectively covering pores. The coating powder adheres seamlessly to the skin, maintaining a fresh appearance, while additionally incorporating ceramide NP, hyaluronic acid, and zinc chloride for moisture retention and oil control.

Also available for purchase is the ‘Custom Blur Puff’ that pairs well with the blush. Designed with a U-shape for broader areas and an A-shape for precise detailing, it allows for easy application of the base color and layered color touches on targeted areas.
